The consultant has to help the organization in redesigning/ transforming the procurement functions
The consultant should be able to identify the bottlenecks in the existing system and overcome them He should undertake the procurement transformation project as transition of strategic sourcing and category management from a local, market level to a center-led, regional/global level procurement
A consultant who had worked previously with leading FMCG MNCs in India / China / Singapore at senior position (Head of procurement / Head of category sourcing ) would be an ideal fit
